I'm Russell — Computer Science at Exeter, Senior Sailing Instructor, Manager on Duty at Pizza Express. Three brands trust me to represent them well. I'd like the fourth to be Red Bull.
Red Bull doesn't sell a drink. It sells moments. A bull at the start line, a can on the dashboard at 3am, a wing on the back of someone sprinting because they have to.
I've spent my life in those moments. Hobie 16 Worlds in Costa Brava. Hyrox events back-to-back. Christmas-rush shifts as Manager on Duty at Pizza Express, opening and closing a brand for hundreds of strangers each week. I know how to show up energised, every time, and how to make a room feel that way too.
Exeter campus has a sailing club, snowsports club, a computer science society, and thousands people who haven't yet met someone walking around with a fridge of cold cans on their back. I'd like to be that someone.
Pizza Express MOD running shifts, opening/closing, owning service standards. Senior Dinghy Instructor running an RYA centre's vibe on the water. Both brands trust me with their face.
Sailing + Snowsports Society Hyrox community. Gaming & esports. CS societies. I sit at the cross-section of three audiences Red Bull wants — and I know all the rooms personally.
3am restaurant close. Force 5 in Lake Garda. Hyrox lunges at minute 60. The energy is the job — I'm built for it. Every Marketeer needs to be.
Two managerial roles, an honours-track Computer Science degree, and a sport that demands daily training. None of it slows me down.
A walking advert for the product. The kind of person who makes a 9am lecture feel like the start of a regatta.
I represent every brand I touch like it's my own — Pizza Express, the RYA, my sailing club. Red Bull wouldn't be any different.
